Terms of Use — Peptidy

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Peptidy web application and iOS app (collectively, the “Service”) operated by Peptidy (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

The Service is intended for adults aged 18 and over. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

2. Subscriptions

Access to the full Service requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis.

iOS subscriptions are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at purchase confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
Web subscriptions are processed by Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting support.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Peptidy is a tracking and logging tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing in the Service should be construed as medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new protocol or making changes to an existing one.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology comprising the Service is owned by Peptidy or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peptidy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app or by contacting us at support@peptidy.io.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to registered users by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
