Ipamorelin is a selective growth-hormone secretagogue, often dosed 200–300mcg one to three times per day. It is frequently paired with CJC-1295. Because the doses are small, accurate reconstitution is what lets you draw them consistently.

Worked example: 5mg vial + 2ml BAC water, 300mcg dose
2ml gives 2,500 mcg/ml, so a 300mcg dose is 0.12ml = 12 units. Many people use 2ml so the common 200–300mcg doses land at round numbers on the syringe.
With a 5mg vial reconstituted in 2ml (2,500 mcg/ml): 300 ÷ 2,500 = 0.12ml = 12 units. A 200mcg dose at the same concentration is 8 units.
The two are often used together, and some people combine them in a single injection. If you do, reconstitute and calculate each compound separately first so you know the concentration and units for each before drawing.
Refrigerate at 2–8°C away from light and label the vial with the date. Reconstituted ipamorelin is commonly used within 4–6 weeks. Do not freeze it.
